For the past 10 years I've taken my Lincoln LS to Fremont Ford. All I can say about Fremont Ford is that they absolutely suck it when it comes to working on Lincolns. Then I took my Lincoln to San Leandro. Holy Wow! Their service manager, Simon, is thoughtful, and shows tremendous follow-through. I received text message updates exactly when Simon said he would and even when I wasn't expecting an update. Additionally, my car was ready within the week. I dropped off on Monday; it was ready on Friday. If I had been at Fremont Ford, only god knows when I would have gotten my car back--and the repairs may not have been complete (yes, this actually happened at Fremont Ford!). San Leandro Ford Lincoln is the ONLY service department in our area that will touch my car. Also, considering how amazing their service department is, I may buy a car from them.

The staff at The Ford Store were awesome! They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I had visited a different ford dealership the night before I purchased my Explorer, and the gentleman there didn't even want to talk to me! But Jeremy was kind, patient, easy going and very attentive to my needs. He listened to exactly what I wanted and really delivered! He wasn't pushy, and more importantly, he was very genuine. It was not like buying a car at all, but more like spending time with a close friend. I couldn't be more happy and grateful to those at the Ford Store! I would definitely do business there again!

I have no complaint with the car care, although it's hard to tell since I've only had scheduled maintenance. They seem knowledgeable and efficient, and treat customers with patience and courtesy. On the other hand, the shuttle can take hours to come, and a phone call to the service department can be placed on indefinite hold or get cut off.

The reason I am giving 5 stars is quite frankly due to Sean Hasanzada, the car salesperson that greeted & helped us with purchasing a vehicle here. I honestly hate the car purchasing game but Sean had game, without the "games". Almost without asking he easily explained & showed us all of the different features of each SUV we looked at. I especially appreciated his easy going presence and I never got that pushy annoying car salesperson energy from him...which is why I'm not a huge fan on car shopping, but not Sean...he made me feel seen & heard. He was an awesome mediator when coming to an agreeable price that fit my budget. The manager, who I now cannot remember his name, was also nice to deal with as well. I am loving my new vehicle, which I purchased back in November and honestly am so sorry it took me this long to write a review because Sean and the other few gentlemen we dealt with were awesome. Please ask for Sean if you're looking for a Ford. He really is the best.
